ASK US ANYTHING...

membership

No, membership is not required.

parking

There are numerous car parks close by, the closest on is on Shepard Street.

what do I do

Once you’re up the stairs you pay your entrance fee at the hatch and we will give you a towel and a key and will buzz you in. Then you find the locker with your key number and get changed. Just wrap the towel around your waist and slip the key around your wrist or ankle. Then go and discover – wander wherever you like!

medical conditions

If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by your visit. Please let us know upon arrival. eg: if you're epileptic, we are able to alter some of the lighting so that it doesn't flash.

Take a look at the important information section if you're concerned about your health and using the facilities.

can I say no

If your're not interested in someone's advances, Quietly say “no, sorry”. Gently move his hand away. Shake your head. Walk away. Say “I’m resting”. Whatever you do, don’t get nasty… Treat him how you’d like to be treated – in a calm and respectful way. Your decision is usually respected.

We have a very strict no means no policy. If someone is slow on the uptake, just let us know and we can quietly remind them of the rules.

when's best to go

This is one of the most common questions. The answer is there are no best/worst times… It’s different all the time! Obviously the times when most people aren’t working may be busier… but weekday daytimes may be busy with guys sneaking off from work or on lunch, or guys on shifts! One Saturday night might be busy… the next Saturday night could be very quiet. It’s a chance you take. It's all about who's in, rather than how many.

returning an item

We are unable to offer refunds on insertable / wearable items, but please contact us and we’ll be happy to help as best we can.

Do you take card

Yes, we take cash or card payments.

Is it discreet

The venue is really discreet, as are its customers. The only way someone will find out about you going is if they see you in there.

how long can I stay

You can stay for as long as you want (within the opening hours of course!). Check our website for our current opening hours.

is there condoms

Condoms and lube are available free of charge from the bar.

im nervous

We’ve all done that first time visit – where we’ve waited outside for ages before going in! But don’t worry, once you’re through the door and you’ve familiarised yourself with the surroundings you’ll quickly be at ease and the nerves will go. The lounge/bar area can be quite a social place, but the rest of the venue doesn’t usually have much talking going on – so you don’t have to worry about making conversation. Obviously some guys chat – but that’s usually left for the lounge/bar area or after fun. You don’t have to say a word to anyone if you don’t want to – not everyone is  there to make conversation, they want the same as you!

what's not allowed

The only things that won’t be tolerated is violence / drugs, abusive behaviour (including water sports / hard sports)
